New Lubbesthorpe residents can now access two cars based next to the primary school, giving residents an easy way to access a car when they need it without the ongoing costs of owning and maintaining one!
The two vehicles are a Kia Niro Hybrid and Toyota C-HR Hybrid, both of which are self-charging hybrids and can be booked via the Car Club app.

Central Connect operate the bus service for the New Lubbesthorpe community.
NovusDirect service offers a frequent link from New Lubbesthorpe to Leicester City Centre, running up to every 20 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes at the weekend, providing regular buses seven days a week. Buses also serve Thorpe Astley, Braunstone Leisure Centre, Leicester Royal Infirmary and Leicester Train Station.
